1731. He was deacon of the Raritan Reformed Church in 1768. Four of his
children were babtized there, two eldest were no doubt babtized there,
too, but no records have been found.Leffert owned land in both Somerset and Middlesex Counties, New Jersey.
His homestead plantation was in Middlesex County.His will was dated 23 November 1777.
