m. (2nd). ELIZABETH PICKERELL. (Records of this family to be found at Goshen Mo. Mtg., Logan Co., Ohio.)CH: (By first wife). (1954.) Elliott; (1955.) Sarah Ann; (1956.) Ezra; (1957.) Sidneyann; (1958.) Sinthann; (1959.) William Henry; (1960.) Rachel; (1961.) Enoch. (R101).
Sent by Diana Simonds. The HH book by Wm. P. Johnson notes: Records of this family to be found at Goshen Mo. mtg., Logan Co., Ohio.
However, there is a difficulty in these dates as the Iowa Marriage Record Early to 1850 give Samuel's marriage to Elizabeth Pickrell as 24 Jun 1849 in Jefferson Co., Iowa.

Iowa Volume for Children of Samuel and 2nd wife, Elizabeth PickerellDavid Hiatt, Pierre, South Dakota, Says he was named after an Uncle Dave Hiatt who "blew into the place the day I was born." (That would be a half grand uncle.)
Not sure which marriage this goes under, however, dates seem to fit second marriage best.
Per Quaker Queries, Vol. 2 by Ruby Simonson McNeill (p.11) - name spelled
"Pressnall", married "5.9.1833" to Rachel Ratcliff. My old information states Daniel Presnall married c. 1835 to (1) HULDA ____
and c. 1850 to (2) Rachel Ratcliff after Hulda's death ca. 1849 (in
childbirth?).Marie Eva Hiatt referred to "Hulda Hull" in conversations in later years.
I found a "Hulda Hull" mentioned in 1992 Lynch, NE Centennial Book:
(nee Hulda Truax and m. to Henry Hull of Verdell, NE in 1931.)
Perhaps Marie Hiatt's memory confused with an acquaintance or there was a
second Hulda Hull.Moved to Iowa
See references to this family in Quaker Queries, Vol. 2, p. 11.
