William LESLEY; Elizabeth WILSON; Mary DAVIS; Rebecca PICKENS; John CALDWELL;
David CALDWELL; James CALDWELL; William CALDWELL; Ezekiel CALDWELL; Thomas
CALDWELL.
To each he leaves property, and then adds: Rest of property to be sold and
divided amongst: James LESLEY; James CALDWELL, son of John CALDWELL; James
Caldwell PICKENS; Eliza Harris CALDWELL & Elizabeth Harris KERR.
Executors: William and James CALDWELL
Witnesses present: John CAMERON; John HARRIS; Martha BOLES.
Probated: 14 May 1815"
"John CALDWELL moved to Livingston Co., KY where he died in 1805. Judith his
widow was executor of his will. In Aug. 3, 1808 she married again to
Alexander JOHNSON in Livingston Co. KY. There are numerous CALDWELL records
in both Livingston and Caldwell Counties., KY."
