Bequests to son Samuel, Richard Gott, Gerrard Tipton, daughters Sarah Merrideth, and Susannah Tipton, Grand daughters Elizabeth and Sarah Cox.
Executor: Richard Got Tipton.

Witneesses: A. Ogden, James Bosley, and Mathe Patterson.
It is not known for sure if Susannah, Casandra and Cassana are one in the same person.  Died testate between 1799 and 1804.
