Edwin A. Sharpless, son of Benjamin and Amy (Caldwalader) Sharpless, was born at Hillsbille, Lawrence County, PA on 4mo. 25, 1809 and died there on 3mo 28, 1881. BY R. M. Kennedy, Esq. Howland Trunbull Co., Ohio on 6mo. 28, 1835. He was married to Eliza WQilliams, Daughter of Uriah and Jemima (Lafferty) Williams. She was born at Hoalnd on 3mo. 8, 1809 and died at Hillsville on 6mo. 30, 1879. Edwin A. Sharpless lived at the homestead of his father.
