Frederick Kissel, 68, died at 10:10 a. m. today at ills home a* 205 First street after an Illness of two years. He had been a resident of Mason county for 33 years and a resident of Lud­ington for 12 years.
He was born Sept, 13, 1867, in Jefferson county, Ill., and on Jan. 18, 1890. was married in that county to. Miss Elizabeth Heilmann. Eleven children were born, who survive Mr. Kissel with the widow. • They are Mrs. Henry Pleiness, Mrs, William Shook and Mrs, Bert Van Loon of Ludington. Mrs. Mandes Garn. of Cadillac. Mrs. Frederick Rath of Grand Rapids, Christian. Ed­ward D., William H. and Ervan K. Kissel of Ludington; Alfred J. of Kent. Wash.. and Adam G. Kissel of Greenville.
The body was removed to the George E. Dorrell funeral chapel and burial will take place at Victory cemetery. Further fun­eral arrangements will be announced later.
