Freeman Howard Burley, 89, died at his home, route 2 Caldwell, Wednesday morning. He was born in Meaford, Ontario, Canada, Sept. 2. 1865. He moved to Caldwell in 1934.

Survivors are his wife, Alice Burley, Caldwell; four sons, James Burley, Epsie, Montana, William Burley, Wilder, Idaho, Marvin Burley, Greenleaf, Idaho, Kenneth Burley, Wallace, Idaho, four daughters, Belle Egelhoff, Norden, Nebraska, Mable Brock, Caldwell, Idaho, Ruth Tuning, Parma, Idaho, Florence Wright, Caldwell, Idaho; a brother John Burley, Clinton, Washington; 30 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at the Peckham-Dakan Chapel at 2:30 P.M. The Rev. John Shaw will Officiate. Internment at the Greenleaf cemetery.
