In his will he leaves his personal property to his children: john, William, Richard, Thomas, Samuel, Weston, Mose and Mary Murray (Wheeler). His wife Martha was named executer and sole legatee of all real estate for her Life. His estate was inventoried 24 Aug 1738, by Thomas Carr and Joseph Taylor, totaling L.96.16.2. Jabez Murray and Thomas Taylor signed as creditors, Inventory filed 5 Sept. 1738, by Martha Wheeler. He was the father of at least 12 children.
